Harmony in life of Southern Thailand, the cooperation between the Southern Border Provinces Administrative Center together with CP All Public Company Limited and Panyapiwat Institute of Management.

CP ALL Public Company Limited with Panyapiwat Institute of Management makes an effort in driving educational development projects for youth in the southern border provinces of Thailand by build cooperation based on the principle of creating shared value (Creating Shared Value). The project aim to support scholarships, accommodation, living expenses during study and earing money during internship. In addition, student will immediately get a job after graduation. Panyapiwat Institute of Management has adopted the PIM CSV-3S model by bringing the strengths of a work-based education model that emphasizes real work experience together with the Teacher Student Relationship system to closely supervise students during in study and internship period.

The results of the Harmony in life of Southern Thailand to will help to reduce the problem of educational disparity. The youths in Thailand’s southern acquire career knowledge to apply for their occupation. This contributes to the circulation of the economy in the area, generating income and contributing to the sustainable development of the country. Students graduate and have jobs, earning 18,000-20,000 baht/month. Build community entrepreneurs to return to do business in the area up to 34 people, resulting in employment The economic circulation in the area resulting in an increase in income and quality of life of people in the area.
