We conducted a community hearing with our local stakeholders in community and found some bedridden patients who are the elderly in Bankongdin Subdistrict, Klang District of Rayong. They have tough lifes and lack medical knowledge, access to medical supplies and treatments. Some of them are risk of bedsore condition, limb weakness and other chronic symptoms.

Project Purpose to create new health care althernative for employees who have a bedridden relative patient and bedridden in the community. Visit patients both offline (home visit, delivery visit, and promote the use of DoctorMe) and online (True Health Chiiwii, Line Video Call). Continuously monitor health of patient at least once a quarter and use the Line notification for receiving important notifications from patients.

Project benefits

• Four new alternative health services were created.
• More than 30 employees and patients learn and use DoctorMe application to take care themrselves.
• The number of leave days for employees having a bedridden relatives is decreased by 53%.
• Reduce the cost of caring for bedridden relatives of workers by 2.7%
• Patients reduce the risk of health complications by 100%
• Customers are satisfied and relieved 90% of their worries.
