'CPV has more than 30,000 employees currently. There are many employees who have been, are and are about to retire after nearly 30 years of investment and development in Vietnam, but have been disconnected amongst different generations. Post-retirement employees have emotional expressions that need attention: fear, disappointment, ...and even the needs of life: connection, sharing, guidance, love.

There are project activities such as health seminars, meditation and yoga activities, home visits, team building, and work experience sharing. Etc. Maintain continuity and sustainable development of the club- Improving spiritual values- Building diffusion and connecting the community
