Vietnam has a high proportion of poor and near-poor households, including employees and many homeless households. With the criterion of 3 benefits towards sustainability, combining the good traditional of Vietnamese; CPV officers, employees and customers build synergy houses for employees in difficult situations and Vietnamese poor families through the voluntary contributions of CPV officers, employees, partners and customers.

The project started in 2015 when employees of the Swine Business combined with customers to build synergistic houses for poor households in the localities where the company operates In 2017, the project expanded to employees with without house In 2019, the project has been spread to other BUs and some other companies have followed this model.

From 2015-2021: 55 homes delivered for the poor and homeless employees 2021-2025 target: Build a total of 100 houses (50 for the poor and 50 for homeless workers). CPV creates more harmony between the management team, employees, customers and government agencies. through volunteer activities
