Lao Su village is located in Moo 3, Pong Don subdistict, Chae Hom district,Lampang Province, the important upstream forest area. Main career is farmer, more than 10 years arabica cultivation. But facing uncertain marketing problems because of the lack of quality, the quantity was reduced, causing farmers want to stop planting and turned to interest in othercareer. Led to the monoculture causing reduced forest area and the lifestyle of farmers who used to live with the forest will change. Therefore, the social enterprise project was born : Ban Lao su Coffee, The Guardian of the Wang River, Lampang Province. Starting with established 'Coffee plant Ban Lao Su farmers community enterprise group' aim to level up the farmers to be the coffee businessman who have the knowledge to produce quality coffee throughout the supply chain. And develop to the sustainability by Coffee product 'Ban Lao Su Roated Coffee' for Increase the awareness. Improve the farmer group's potential by submitting coffee contest and creating community products “Ban Lao Su Roasted Coffee”
