To upgrade the quality of learning of students and capacity of teachers in Pondok schools/community learning center (CLC) in 5 southern border provinces to be on par with other schools by promoting literacy skills and knowledge through ICT, while supporting identity and culture as well as religious beliefs to maintain the unity as Thai people.

At least 282 students benefit from learning with ICT devices and internet. The assessment in 2020 shows that the students have been motivated and improved learning proficiency after participating in the project. The number of students who obtain Grade 0 in Non-Formal Education programme was decreased by 15.7% in Yala, 23.2% in Pattani, and 55.3% in Narathiwat. At least 10 principals/teachers have enhanced capacity in teaching with ICT.
