As per Department of Education of the Philippines, there are 1.8 million elementary students that are underweight due to poverty, results in food nutrition problem and considered as national issue. The Government has launch a project to schools having underweight children to support the sufficient nutrient towards better health and higher quality of education. However, the funds allocated is only 16.00 PHP per person per day which is insufficient for the expenses of the targeted children.

Has taken action to provide the school with raw materials for cooking. to students and allow students to learn How to raise catfish in a tank and can apply the knowledge gained to use the charter at home with family Or make it a career in the future. So that the school earns extra income from selling the remaining fish from cooking.
