This project is operates with an emphasis on participation of 3 sectors, including government, private and community sectors, using the potential of each sector to develop sustainably. In the past, the community and various agencies are unable to overcome this challenge due to lack of necessity knowledges that suit the area. The key problem is lacks of mediator to create a network of working groups, as well as lack of budget for long-term operations.

As a result Mangrove forest area is increased by 104 rai and 266 rai more is in process. 2. A network of working groups is established for mangrove forest conservation. The community became a learning center devoted to the mangrove forests. Create an ecotourism and local lifestyle-themed tourism. There is an increase in biodiversity, contributes to increasing of income due to increase of the number and species of aquatic life. Reducing global warming from increased forest carbon sequestration.
