Pu Gong Ying (Dandelion) Middle School is the only high school in Beijing established to solve the education problem of over 3,000 poor children who have migrated to Beijing (from more than 400 communities in 20 provinces). This amount of children faced the problem of poor quality education and lack of continuing education opportunities. They are also malnourished and have incomplete nutrition.

Chiatai Land has cooperated with business partners to organize educational activities that allow children to access knowledge in science and art, and provide quality foods. Chiatai Land and the business partners had created activities to raise money and donation of items that are beneficial to teachers and students. Nevertheless, the company also supports the development of schools, local governments, social institutions, foundations, and educational institutions such as American Ivy League University and leading universities in China.

This allowed more than 550 students to access quality education and the promotion of extended education sponsors to provide financial support to students attending Harvard University. More than 20 graduates receive full scholarships from the world's top universities.
