Aiming to prevent good quality seafood from becoming food waste, Charoen Pokphand Group has joined forces with “CP ALL Product Quality Development and Assurance Bureau” in processing fish heads and tails into rice toppings that has incorporated a unique local taste to create a distinctive feature under the brand “Roy Yim Chao Lay” (Fishermen Smile).
