Mangrove forest restoration... Revitalize aquatic life
Due to the dedication in conservation and restoration of mangrove forests since 2014 in 5 provinces, totaling an area of 2,388 rai, the mangrove forest ecosystem is fertile as a nursery for young aquatic animals. As a result, the number of aquatic animal resources have increased. The surrounding communities can take advantage of the natural resources that have been reclaimed by fishermen in Bang Ya Phraek Community, Samut Sakhon Province. The Pim mollusks found after decades of disappearance as well as other aquatic animals such as cockles, mullet, sword-clawed crabs and macaque crabs, etc.
